Coaching for Neurodivergent Adults, Leaders and Parents
Life can feel exhausting when you're constantly trying to keep up with expectations that don't fully fit the way your brain works.
Whether you're navigating work, leadership responsibilities, parenting challenges, a recent diagnosis, burnout or simply trying to create a more sustainable way of living, coaching can provide the space, support and practical strategies to help you move forward.
Our coaching programmes are designed to help people better understand themselves, work with their strengths and create lasting change without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Reset & Rise supports neurodivergent professionals and educators to better understand how their brain works and develop sustainable ways of working that improve both wellbeing and performance. Through a combination of one-to-one coaching, reflection and practical tools, participants explore areas such as energy management, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, prioritisation and managing overwhelm.
Using a compassionate and strengths-based approach, coaching helps participants move beyond simply coping and towards thriving. Supported by practical strategies, accountability and deeper self-understanding, individuals develop sustainable habits that reduce stress, improve confidence and help them perform at their best both professionally and personally.

Reset & Lead supports neurodivergent leaders, managers and business owners to lead effectively without sacrificing their wellbeing. Through a combination of one-to-one coaching, reflection and practical tools, participants explore areas such as leadership confidence, communication, delegation, decision making, workload management and sustainable performance. The programme is tailored to the unique strengths, challenges and responsibilities of each leader.
Using a supportive and strengths-based approach, coaching helps leaders develop strategies that work with their brain rather than against it. Supported by practical tools, accountability and personalised guidance, participants build greater self-awareness, resilience and confidence while creating more sustainable approaches to leadership and long-term success.

Reset & Hold supports parents and carers of neurodivergent children to strengthen their own wellbeing while navigating the challenges of parenting, advocacy and family life. Through a combination of one-to-one coaching, reflection and practical tools, participants explore areas such as stress management, emotional resilience, boundaries, nervous system regulation, self-care and rebuilding confidence.
Using a compassionate and non-judgemental approach, coaching provides parents with the space to pause, reflect and reconnect with their own needs. Supported by practical strategies, emotional support and greater self-understanding, participants develop sustainable ways to care for themselves while continuing to support those who depend on them most, each and every day, without losing themselves completely.
Access to Work Funded Coaching
Many neurodivergent adults are unaware that coaching may be funded through the Government's Access to Work scheme.
Access to Work is designed to help disabled people and those with long-term health conditions succeed in work. For neurodivergent employees, this can include funding for specialist coaching to support areas such as organisation, prioritisation, communication, confidence, emotional regulation, energy management, leadership and managing workplace demands.
As an experienced neurodivergent coach, Kathryn regularly works with professionals, educators and leaders who have received Access to Work funding. Coaching is tailored to the individual's needs and focuses on developing practical strategies that improve both wellbeing and performance at work.
If you're considering applying for Access to Work, or have already received a grant and are looking for a coach, Kathryn would be happy to discuss how the process works and whether coaching may be a suitable option for you.
Is Coaching Right For Me?
People often come to coaching when they are experiencing:
-
Overwhelm or burnout
-
Difficulties balancing work and home life
-
A recent Autism or ADHD diagnosis
-
Low confidence
-
Difficulties with boundaries
-
Challenges managing workload
-
Stress and emotional exhaustion

A desire to better understand themselves
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. Sometimes the most powerful changes happen when we create space to reflect before things reach breaking point.

What Participants Said
"I've been blown away by the impact this programme has had on me. Kathryn creates a wonderful safe space for learning, she brings such warmth and empathy and real learned experience of the full potential impact of all the tools and strategies she shares."
Abby Taylor, Director
"Kathryn was expert at introducing new tools and theories to support me. All of these are incredibly accessible and useful to every area of life and I’m going to enjoy applying them more and more. I’ve stopped trying to multi task (and be super mum) and am focusing on one thing at a time and doing that really well, which is noticeably impacting my relationships positively too."
Katie Cox, Parent
"I couldn't recommend Kathryn enough as a coach. Kathryn held space with such skill and really listened to my topic and concerns and where I wanted to go. Kathryn is excellent at reflecting back and has such a calming presence. I can see the impact of our caching in so many positive ways and areas of my life. I walked away from our coaching with a huge amount of clarity on next steps. Kathryn's coaching has contributed to my significantly improved wellbeing and mental health. I am beyond grateful to her. Thank you so much Kathryn."
